Available dates for 2022 and why they work

Planning the perfect wedding date can be one of the trickiest factors in the whole planning process.  While the majority chose a date that satisfies ample planning time and a favorable time of year in weather, work and school obligations, waiting a whole year isn’t always ideal for others.

As a newer, still undiscovered venue, we looked at some of our open dates and why we think they are prime dates for those still looking to get married in 2022.  Plus, with our curated recommended vendors list, we make it easy to pull together a team and fabulous wedding in just over three-months.

Saturday June 18th and 25th

So it’s a big summer vacation month, but it is still an ideal temperature and the lawns are nice and lush after spring rain.  It also makes for a great anniversary month as summer festivals and summer vacations can merge.  June, once dubbed the most popular month to get married, still offers that temperate mildness that couples long for in October.   Ask us how to plan a wedding in four months.

Saturday July, 23rd and 30th

We get it.  No one wants uncomfortable heat sweltering his or her guests.  That’s why all three of our buildings are climate controlled and we have air max fans under every porch to create comfortable air flows.  We also have top of the line fans that can be set up ceremony side to create comfortable air flow patterns.    We also extend our end time to 11 p.m. in July and August so guests can have later ceremony times of 5:30 or 6:30 p.m.

August (open month)

Some folks overlook August.   The heat, and back to school race are prime reasons, but ending the summer with a party has its own allure.  You are also beating the fall rush so no huge competition for top vendors.  Give the gals that last chance to sport their sundresses and summer tans.

September  17th and Oct. 8th.

That’s right.  Due to some life events and schedule events, these prime dates have come open.  If you had your heart set on fall, there couldn’t be two more perfect dates.

November 5, 19th

As the last leaves are falling and before the Holiday rush, kick off the season with a worthy celebration.

Dec. 3, 10, 17th

Anyone who’s seen Weymouth Hill around Christmas knows just how magical it is.  Outdoor ceremony space is still a good option, weather permitting and the venue is nearly decorated ready with our Christmas décor.  WH’s first year saw three festive weddings.
